What information does the Visitors Panel offer?
Domain
This columns shows which domain has been visited. This information is relevant when more than one domain is active in your account.
Entry
The date and time the visitor last entered your site.
Location
The visitor’s country and city. Although it is very reliable, the information provided in this column might not always be completely accurate. That depends on the local servers of the visitor’s internet service provider.
Access
This column shows the details of the browser used by the visitor. Placing the cursor over the browser’s icon shows the version used. Visits from mobile devices (tablets and smart phones) are identified in this column as well.
Referring page
The referring page is the page the visitor comes from before arriving at your site (i.e., the last page viewed).
Page views
This column shows the number of pages viewed by your visitor. This information is cumulative. In cases of recurrent visitors, the number shown is the sum of all pages viewed across all visits.
Stay
The stay is the total time a visitor has spent on your site since entering for the first time.
Status
The status column shows if the visitor is currently browsing your website. Depending on the visitor’s activity, the colour can change from green to red. When the system detects no browsing activity on the site, the status bar is blank.
Invitation
This column shows the type of contact invitation a visitor has been shown. You can see the text of this invitation by placing the cursor over the icon.
Campaign
This column identifies those visits linked to campaigns created on Livebeep. You can see the name of the campaign by placing the cursor over the icon.
Announcement
If you have created announcements, this column shows which visits have been shown an announcement. The name of the announcement appears when the cursor is placed over the icon.
Coupon
If you have created coupons, this column shows which visits have been shown a coupon. The name of the coupon appears when the cursor is placed over the icon.
Chat
This column identifies those visitors who have started chatting with one of your operators. The Read link gives you access to the chat the visitor has had with the operator.E-mail
This column identifies those visitors who have e-mailed an enquiry to one of your operators. The Read link gives you access to the e-mail exchange the visitor has had with the operator.
