How to assign an operator to a specific domain?

The easiest way to manage the assignment of operators to different domains is through contact invitations. In each contact invitation we can select the domains we want it to be displayed in (in the Domains tab) as well as the operator or operators that will offer assistance (in the Operators tab).

To assign an operator to a domain, create a specific contact invitation for that domain and assign it only the desired operator. Check that the rest of your invitations is not linked to that domain.

Access the list of your invitations in Communication > Smart invitations or click on invitations. To create a new one, click on the >+ Add button (upper right).
