How can I replace an existing operator with a new one?

1. Create the new operator
2. Access the Chats and E-Mails panel of the old operator, select all their chats and e-mails and transfer them to the new operator.
3. Access the old operator’s profile and change it to Inactive (Account > Operators). Doing this will give you the option to transfer all new queries to another operator.
4. Select the new operator in the settings menu of each event in which you want them to appear (invitations, forms, etc.) Edit > Operators

Warning: Changing the name and photo of the old operator with a new one will make it impossible for you to keep track of the queries managed by the new operator or their performance.
