How to access the panel of chats or emails of your operators

If you have an Administrator profile, you can access you operators' chats and emails panel ir order to check the way they manage communications.

1) Access you chats / emails panel and click on "Search".
2) In Operator select the team member whose chats / emails you want to check and click on "Search".

The operator's chats / emails panel will appear.

In order to get back to you own chats / emails panel, follow the same steps and select yourself in the "Operator" field.
