Why does a prospect not appear when applying the filters in a mailing?

When creating a new mailing, the default system will only select those prospects who have expressly accepted to receive promotional mail. If none of your prospects has accepted to receive this type of e-mail, when applying the filters, the list will appear blank.

This criterion can be modified in the option Consent promotional mail in the Prospects tab. You should know that it is possible that you are breaking the current regulations when sending promotional or commercial mails to prospects who have not requested it. Remember that you must make responsible use of the system.
